JK Moulin is not your classical holiday home: you can rent 1 or more rooms or the full property for the whole family or a group of friends. As JK Moulin is a ‘total experience’, in both cases you can use all common facilities and you will have the service of our property manager at your disposal.
Throughout the year you can book:
- A room with “ensuite” bathroom: both rooms are on the first floor (Room Flora/ Room Sonja)
- An apartment suite with “ensuite” bathroom and kitchen, as well as its own private terrace: both suites are on the ground floor (Suite 1/ Suite 2)
- The “Conciergerie” – a living space with a living room and sofa bed (ideal for 2 kids or 1 adult) and a kitchenette, a vaulted bathroom on the mezzanine and a bedroom on the first floor
The sky is the limit - you can go solo or with friends
Book your room
The “Total Experience” includes:
- A cool vaulted room of 30 meters with lounge, dining table, a bar and a ‘man cave’
- A separate fitness room and wellness room with massage table and beauty chair
- A heated pool of 14 meters with sun loungers and a four-poster bed
- A tropical garden with a large dining table
You can book a room or suite for 1 or more weeks. All rooms can equally be rented at the same time, which will be especially the case in the months of July and August. You can also throw a party in the vaulted room and book all rooms: we can arrange some extra rooms nearby if necessary.
The owners Jean and Karine live in a separate secluded part of the house. But your property manager is permanently at your disposal: he will contact you in advance about your wishes: fridge filling, booking bistros/ restaurants/ musea / trips. Or booking an on-site massage or beauty treatment, breakfast or lunch/ dinner. He is also at your disposal for drinks or refreshments at the pool, car rental, pick-up and drop off.
