JKMoulin Paradou is an 18th-century mill carefully restored as an intimate residence in the heart of the Alpilles.
When we began this project, our aim was not to create a traditional B&B. We wanted to preserve the building’s original character, its vaulted stone ceilings, it´s scale, it´s history, while introducing the comfort and privacy expected of a Luxury retreat.
With only five rooms and generous shared spaces, the Moulin offers something increasingly rare: a stay that feels personal, calm and considered.
Our ambition was simple, to create a place where guests experience Provence not as visitors, but as temporary locals, embraced by the rhythm of village life.

At JKMoulin Paradou, each room carries its own atmosphere, from intimate and romantic to spacious and self-contained. Yet all guests enjoy access to the full Moulin: the authentic common areas, the pool, the garden, and the wellness spaces.

A House With a Story
Originally built in 1786, the Moulin carries the quiet depth of centuries past. Its vaulted stone walls and preserved architectural details tell a story not through spectacle, but through atmosphere. History is not displayed here. It is lived.

Intimacy & Space
With only five accommodations, the Moulin offers something increasingly rare: room to breathe. Cosy corners, a 14-metre heated pool, wellness spaces and a vaulted ballroom are shared by very few guests. Privacy here feels natural, not arranged.

Located in the heart of Paradou, one of the Alpilles’ most authentic villages, the Moulin places you within easy reach of Les Baux-de-Provence, Arles, Camargue and Avignon, while remaining peacefully removed from their crowds.
